Shipping Timeline

1. International Shipping
   • We use DHL to ship international orders. It takes 5-7 working days to arrive from the day we send your dispatch confirmation (containing the tracking code) by email.
   • Free express worldwide shipping to all countries, including the US, New Zealand, the U.K. and Europe via DHL for all orders over $300 USD.
   • Please note that you are responsible for duty and tax. Each country will differ, so please check the official government regulations to get detailed information.
2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)
   • We provide free overnight express shipping for all domestic customers using Startrack.

Important notes on the delivery

• All deliveries must be to a physical address, not a P.O. box.
• Your order will be delivered between Mon - Fri, 9 am - 5 pm, and for your peace of mind, it may need to be signed. Therefore, please provide a home or work address that works best during these hours.
• Any special delivery notes, such as the Authority to Leave at the door, can be authorized on our Payment page. Please note that by ticking 'Authority to leave, Paperlust does not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages once arrive at your doorstep.
