You will get an email notification once your design proof is ready for review.
Simply click the link provided in the email or follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account, then go to ‘My account’ and click ‘My order’.

  2. Click ‘Review proof’ to go to the design proofing page.

  3. You will be introduced to our features and buttons before finally being able to review your customised design.

    Steps to review your design proof

    1. You can zoom in by clicking the ‘Zoom’ button under the design preview.
    2. If you have any feedback on the design, click the ‘Request change’ button on the right side of the design preview.
    3. Information on how to leave the notes will appear on the right side.
    4. Click anywhere on the specific area of the design you wish to adjust/change.
    4. Put your feedback in the box provided and press ‘Enter’ to ensure it's saved.
    5. Click ‘Done’ once you are done with your feedback.
    6. Click ‘Review the next side’ to review the backside of the card. If nothing needs to be adjusted/changed, click ‘Approve & next’
    7. Review the envelope and click ‘Approve & proceed’ to sum up the review process.
    8. To confirm your change requests, click ‘Submit my feedback’.
    11. A pop-up notification confirming the change request status will appear.
    12. You will be directed to our Approval Status page.

Special Cases

The 'Submit my feedback' button is greyed out

This happens because you haven't reviewed all of the available designs. Make sure you have reviewed the front side, backside and envelopes.

I left comments on my designs days ago but haven't received any updates.

First, please kindly ensure you have clicked the 'Submit my feedback' button to get the system to notify our team of your activity. Secondly, you can check whether the email went to your junk mail. If you still cannot find it, please contact us by call/chat/email, and we will investigate the situation.
