Custom Order - PC/Laptop & Mobile
- You will receive a Feedbag link containing your design proofs via email.
- Please make sure to double-check everything on the design proofs. An instruction page will be available to help you review your designs.
- Please ensure you already get the guest names list (name printing) or address list (envelopes printing) completed, if any. Do not hesitate to let us know if you still need more time to finalise these lists.
Requesting Changes
- If you need changes, leave your comments on Feedbag by clicking on the particular area you wish to apply changes. Make sure you click the 'Save' button or press 'Enter' (for mobile) to save your comments.
- If you're having trouble leaving your comments, simply reply to the Customer Service team email and let us know the changes needed.
Approving Designs
- Once you are happy with the design, approve them by replying to our Customer Service team email. By this stage, we suggest you have finalised your guest name list and/or recipient addresses for your envelopes (if any).
- The account team will confirm the printing process and will get in touch with the tracking number confirmation once the order is ready to be dispatched.
